Diabetes is now increased. There are two type of diabetes. They are type 1 diabetes and type 2 diabetes. Type one diabetes is a kind of diabetes where the body is not able to make insulin again whereas type 2 diabetes is a kind of diabetes where the body is still be able to make insulin buy it is not enough. So, the insulin will not work well. Type 1 diabetes cannot be prevented whereas type 2 diabetes still can be prevented. So, this article will discuss how to prevent type 2 diabetes.

  1. Eat Healthy

Eating healthy can be one of the ways how to avoid type 2 diabetes. There are many ways that you can try to eat healthy. Start from drinking water that has no sugar. Besides that, you can also consider eating more vegetables and fruits. Then, you should avoid fast foods. Those are how to prevent type 2 diabetes by eating healthy.

  1. Be Active

Besides eating healthy, how to keep away from diabetes can be done easily that is to be active. If it is possible, you have to limit to sit in front of computer, TV, etc maximally 2 hours in a day. Besides that, you can also be active by doing exercise. There are many exercises that you can try such as walk around, play around, take for the stairs than elevator, walk outside, dance, bike around, etc. Those are how to prevent type 2 diabetes by becoming active.

  1. Control Your Weight

Another way how to prevent type 2 diabetes is to control your weight. You have to think to be ideal. However, if you cannot be ideal, you have to make sure that you are not overweight. So, if you are overweight, you have to do diet.
